Cardinal Ranjith's Address

A (very) rough translation of a few sentences:
The Catholic community in Sri Lanka is only a part of the Universal Catholic community. There is no way we can be a Catholic community outside the faith of the the Apostles. Our entire faith is based upon the faith of the apostles St Peter and St Paul; upon the faith of the martyrs of Rome. It is our duty to strengthen this bond.

Cardinal Ranjith also asked everyone to support the Year of the Eucharist which he has declared for the Archdiocese.
